We like to think we have made Aniaid an easy site to use. Sometimes however, like us, we understand you may need a little clarification on things.
Please have a look at the list below of some of the questions we receive from our community.
Should your question not be in the list, please click on email icon bottom right of this page to send us a message and we will be happy to help.
We have invested heavily in the technology of SSL Encryption (Secure Sockets Layer), which we apply throughout the site so we can protect our users' information. Transferred data cannot be read or modified by third parties. If you want to read more about our SSL certificate, please click on the small padlock in the address field in your browser window.
Aniaid is completely free to use although we do ask you to sign up before you gain full use of the site.
You must adhere to your local privacy and data protection laws plus our Community Guidelines at all times.
1. We rely on our community members placing the Aniaid paw-pin in the exact location of the report. Simply by typing the address will not show an accurate location.
2. Aniaid.org is not about "naming and shaming" as this will not achieve much in our view. Our key purpose is to help animals in need and do so through our amazing community reporting such cases. This way, other local members can keep an eye out to try an ensure the animals safety.
